Losing it...in a good way.
On Friday I weighed 187 lbs. I weighed myself this morning and I am down to 178. In just 5 days I have almost lost 10 lbs and I have done it the healthy way. Watched my intake. Exercised more. And have had the motivation to get my butt in gear and get back down to what I was in high school... 145. I think that I can do it with dedication and hard work. At least 20 lbs total would be great but im going for the whole 42 lbs by August. This summer im going to be hot at the beach. I turn 25 in a month and a half and I think its a damn good time to start doing things to better myself.
